TERMS & CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS OF SALES:
No contract shall exist until buyer places order for delivery and then only on the condition that such order or delivery is construed as unconditional acceptance of seller's terms. Acme Wire Products LLC Reserves the right to re-quote should quantity awarded differ from the quantity quoted. Any special packaging is to be specified by the customer.
Charges made for tools and dies do not convey right to remove them from our facility. If any material is proved defective, seller's liability is limited to replacement only and seller will not pay any claim for labor on or for damage by reason of its use.
Seller shall be responsible for their own patents only.
Delivery & Damaged Parts
Goods shall be inspected when received and seller is not liable for any defects unless notified within 7 days after receipt by the buyer.
Any Open Balances will automatically ship 12 Months from Order Date- unless previously scheduled for release.
Made To Order
We reserve the right to over or under ship by an amount not to exceed 5-10 % of specified quantity. Orders submitted are MADE TO ORDER therefore, are subject to a standard 4 week lead time.
EXPEDITED lead times may be available and are subject to a $210.00 EXPEDITED/CUT IN charge; contingent the tooling is in house and not a new design.
Cancellations
Cancellation of Purchase Order is subject to a administrative / re stocking fee no greater than 10% of total Purchase Order Value
