For more than 70 years, Acme Wire Products has been manufacturing precision wire forms and welded wire assemblies for customers across North America. From our two campuses in Broadview, Illinois, we produce custom wire components for industries including commercial foodservice, barbecue and smokers, medical and research laboratories, retail displays, and industrial storage.
We specialize in stainless steel and bright basic wire ranging from 1/16" to 3/8" diameter, combining skilled craftsmanship with modern manufacturing technology to produce parts that meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. Our in-house Tool & Die department works closely with our engineering team to design custom tooling that ensures efficient production, repeatable accuracy, and cost-effective manufacturing.
Our capabilities include wire forming, straight & cut, TIG welding, resistance welding, trimming, passivation, and complete shipping and receiving operations—allowing us to take your project from concept to production under one roof.
