Acme has a complete range of production equipment. You’ll find everything from single to 4 head spot welders. Other equipment includes coil stock straighteners and cutters, automatic ring rollers, press brakes, automatic benders, trimmers, and even a full bank of punch presses. Our spot-welders are available in sizes from 20 KVA on up…and all our equipment is designed to do the best possible job in the least amount of time.

We maintain an In-house tooling department which allows us to reduce tooling lead times and complete your project FAST.

Acme also provides engineering assistance to help you develop a successful, cost-effective product.

We can finish your plain steel product in Chrome, Nickel, Plastic, Epoxy (Powder Coat), Zinc, Brass, Teflon, or Nylon. Your stainless steel can be electro polished or degreased.

We use three types of steel for our wire products:

Bright Basic Mild plain steel that is plating quality,
