Acme Wire Products LLC has a complete range of production equipment. Customers will find everything from single to 4 head spot welders. Other equipment includes coil stock straighteners and cutters, automatic ring rollers, press brakes, automatic benders, trimmers, and even a full bank of punch presses. Our spot-welders are available in sizes from 20 KVA on up…and all our equipment is designed to do the best possible job in the least amount of time.

Maintaining an in-house tooling department allows us to reduce tooling lead times and complete your project FAST.

Acme Wire Products LLC also provides engineering assistance to help customers develop a successful, cost-effective product.

We can finish your plain steel product in Chrome, Nickel, Plastic, Epoxy (Powder Coat), Zinc, Brass, Teflon, or Nylon. Your stainless steel can be electro polished or degreased.
